#gtstoogies 22 Thanksgiving Theatre Dinner

This week the #gtstoogies will be enjoying turkey sandwiches and a light bubbly drink and watching Mary Poppins.
Thanksgiving is such a great opportunity to gather with family or friends and express gratitute for the things you appreciate.
Next year Australia will be having a National Day of Thanksgiving on 28 July 2011 according to http://www.thanksgiving.org.au/

I have listed some of the people and things for which I am grateful on a post it note. Please feel free to list some of yours in the comments box. Or maybe I will set up a wallwisher page at  http://www.wallwisher.com/

Thanksgiving is also a good opportunity to gather people for group photos and Sprite would like to gather her friends from the blog in a picture. If you would like to be in the pic or send her a card for the shelf please let me know by the comment box or by an @jofrei message to me on Twitter

  1. I am thankful for all the people I have met from all over the world through gtchat and for the many friends who join me each week in the virtual lobby on Twitter before and after our chats. This adventure has presented unique opportunities to learn about new cultures and find many wonderful gifted peers! I love checking out Sprite’s site each week to see what new creation Jo has brought to the blog! I would like to send Sprite a card, but alas … am not sure how to do so. Perhaps Sprite could show me the way. 🙂 Thanks, Jo, for your friendship … something I am truly thankful for this Thanksgiving!

  2. Thank you so much, Lisa! I am so thankful for your friendship and encouragement and all that you do to support the gifted community, gtchat and gtstoogies and to advocate for gifted students!

I will use a pic of your Twitter icon cat on one of the cards on the shelf to provide a card from you for Sprite if that is OK with you.
